Is there any way of updating the firmware or doing a factory reset? Most of the effects don't work on mine and I wondered if this would fix the problem. I've had a Google but I've not been able to find anything of use.

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't advise any sort of firmware update if the mixer's working but has faults. You might brick it.

Go into the service menu and check that the CPU is getting all the correct effects switch signals. Chances are it's missing a few due to a hardware problem.
