Hi everyone,

if I buy this scoop it would mean I have three from the same source. Unfortunately, he once had six but doesn't know the builder, so does anyone know from the stencil who is the likely builder so I can get a matching fourth please? I know it's a bit of a long shot but worth a try!

No, I really don't know what I'm doing...

Did you buy them from a guy near Winchester? If so, they originate from Derby.

Well, pretty close to Winchester, just outside Southampton. I'll have to ask him where he got them from as in the back of my mind is a conversation he and I had when I asked him about the builder originally.

If they are the ones I knew, they are very well built and absolutely brutal with 1850's fitted.

Not Larry's, pretty sure of that. Builder from Derby I think.

Picked up the fourth scoop today! Full marks to you Valve Head777; apparently they were built by Mackie (sp?) Electronics out of Derby and were used by a sound there called Vibration. Think I might just have to move on the Oberton and a couple of Faital Pro's and go for a complete set of 1850's instead.
