If you are using big stacks (4, 6 or more) , use either the P Audio C15 500LF or the PD 154. For smaller stacks use the P Audio BM 15LF. If you are on a budget, use the Eminence Kappa 15LF. Hope this helps Jamie |

Hope this helps Jamie hi,i'm french so i'm sorry for my english but i try : in france the prices for C15-500LF is about 170€ (118£) and for kappa15LF 110€ (76£), so if i've got a driver's budget about 700€ ---> 4 hd15 with C15 or 6 with kappa15, what is the best ? this is for hartekno & harkore sound often outdoor and sometimes indoor... and what power should i put on this 2 systems ? of course there will be medium and compression within... thx for your reply oKtoFk |

6 with Kappa 15LF will be louder, so go with that. Use an amp that will give you about 500 to 600 watt into each HD15

ok
i think that, but if i make 4 hd15 with C15-500 i'd like a good punch kick and add later 2 sub ( like X1 with C18-650EL for exple ) for loudness, is it better than 6 HD with kappa ? about amps : is it better to put in mono? for 4 drivers 8ohms , i can't put in mono 4ohms but 2 x 4ohms ( or mono 8ohms but i must put 2 drivers in parallel an the 2x2 drivers in "serie" ( i don't know how you say in english) and for 6 drivers , mono is possible with only 1 amp ? ( or 2x3ohms ) thx again oKtoFk |

I'm also building hd15s and plan to end up using 8 or 12 eventually - would using the PDs or the c15s give me a much better sound than the kappas and so would be worth waiting or would the difference only be marginal? |

I am currently using PD 158's in my HD15's but with my new HD's I am
building should I think about reverting to the the recommended but less
powerful PD154's?
Also where is a good on line store to purchase the hardware components for the cabinets such as allen-head screws, box handles, etc. |
