   I thought the whole point of the UMIK-1 was that it’s supplied as factory calibrated for SPL? It should really be recalibrated each time there’s a change in temperature, humidity or elevation, but as a rough guide the factory calibration should suffice.

I was always under the impression that it’s marketed as a trade off for only being able to do single channel measurements with it.
