Its an interesting book, although the designs are fairly dated now. Published in the late 80's/early 90's I think.
I wonder what I did with my copy....

To be honest I thought that was the complete book, it has a bibliography on the last page. Should there be more or was a second part published later? In case anyone wants it I have added the Fane book into that folder as well.
