I hear alot about fane 18" XB's tareing in folded horns. But how would the 15" XB be in a HD15? They are recomended on the plans but just wanted to double check so i dont go and wreck them :)

If you look again at the plan it says 'Fane Colossus 15 bass' not XB, the difference being the 15B has a smooth cone and the 15XB has a ribbed cone, the smooth cone will be fine in a horn as its stronger but the ribbed cone will rip itself apart, these are for reflex boxes really.
