my mums blown her car door bass drivers. looking for a basic replacment of some sort, nothing too mad!

anyone know what size they are as default, if ill need an adaptor and does anyone have a recomendation?

its a Ford Fiesta MK4 95-98.

thanks for any help guys (and gals if there are any?)!

Go to Halfords, they have a book with all the sizes for all the cars, you can lookup which speakers fit which cars (without hacking holes in the door cards).. nice and easy.
 
Wave at the boy racers in McDonalds while your there! ;)

hehe, seen the cameras on the sainsburys roundabout? trying to catch them all out doing the powerslides round it!

Take them out, measure the diametre and  then go buy new ones.
Most door speakers are sealed anyway, so all you need to look for is a decent make, sensitivity that matches the tweeter, right impedance and right wattage in rms to match the headunit.
 
The Pioneer and Kenwood door speakers are ok-ish, but something like a MB Quart component set gives a really sweet sound[ yeah get rid of the old tweeters in the doors too] would be better and they are fairly cheap too.
