foam for mids

   Hi,

I just wanted to know why foam is important for mids, and wht would be the effect of not having it, i've built mids with a small sealed chamber and have  a show tommorow, so.. i wont have time to remove them out, can some one advise me on this. 

An yes i will put the foam later.

	I believe the foam wadding helps reduce reflections and standing waves.
