Flat pack - rebated side panels (all dado joints), handle holes (two per
side), twin speakon holes, speaker baffle hole - complete ikea style
speakers! only glueing/scewing required - designed to slot together.

Material - top quality birch ply 11 laminate [15mm -what else!!]

Ok,
4 punisher horns:
8 sheets of material @ £38.75 = £310.012
Machining costs @ £500

Total = £810 for 4 Punisher Horns INCLUDING VAT.

[just a touch over £202 each!]

2 xtro 4 sheets of material @38.75 = £155
Machining Costs @ £300

Total = £455 for a Pair INCLUDING VAT

[£227 each!]

Any takers?
(The prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT - i.e there will NOT be any VAT charged
on top of the prices listed.)
All ex works. (transport required.)

edit: i am picking up the first set tomorrow. the material
content was 2 sheets less than i budgeted for - 6 instead of 8 [for 4 off>
so that brings the cost down to a shade over £184 per unit.

second edit. I have now picked up my first set of four
from bristol. they will easily fit onto pallets for easy dhl road type
delivery. the quality is really very high. I am very pleased. photos I hope
tomorrow when I have some daylight. I had a chat with the chaps down
there who run the machines etc - about how to make the process more
cost effective. i'm chuffed with what I pcicked up today. all I need now are
the drivers from PAP - hurry up! I need them built by june 3rd.!

third edit. pictures now added. - some more to follow! [/
COLOR>

fourth edit. a few more pictures. [sorry if it is a bit slow!>

Ahaa!

I've been checking this section daily, hoping that somebody would offer up a similar package soon.

Where is collection to be made from? Will probably be interested over the summer if the offer will still be available then?

Cheers. Rich

i can do them allot cheaper but im having problems with shipping the flat packs

if shipped over sea's the flat packs will change slightly in shape

so im looking at spray sealing them with a clear sealer.

Hello again,
these are the prices I have from my first quote - I have not yet put my
negotiating hat on!

If you wanted a pair of punisher horns It would probably be possible to have
just a pair, but it would be easier if you went halves on four with someone.
(as I have based the parts list on four horns)

I imagine delivery could be organised via dhl or similar..
The machine shop is in Bristol UK.

I would be rather suprised if you produce, pack and ship to the uk from
?!?Indonesia?!? flat packs that are cheaper than ones we can produce here?
what
materials are you using? - what level of machining are you doing? and to
what tolerances?
