molding it on the box!!!

just finished building my 8 es18s and 4 hd15s to go on top of them so now lm now building the porn horns so the is lm gonna mold the horn for the sn12 with 3mm hard board or plywood and after that l will reinforce the front with 1layer of fiber glass and at the same time will glass the tweeter flare on the main horn and make it one peace after that l will then pull out the whole flare as one grind it to shape and put more layers from the back so on this plan that l have hear it says that the dispersion is 45° h x35°v is this true information before l start to work help!!!!

yap!! l know but its just that stacking 12 es 18s is just too much so the other 4 hd15s l can use them on small functions with the porn horns and if lm to go slightly above 250hz on the hd 15s they will balance of evrything and give extra tone which the es doesnt give l think its because of the 15inch -18inch diffrence . but dont worry kts just for a short time and l will build 4 x1s to put at the bottom for subs .just that 2 X1s under 4bphs and two hd 15s plus two porn horns will adc up to 3 meters !!!!! l dont wanna build a mountain u know!
