Hi Rog,

If I am correct, the looney bin is a modified version of the 1850 Horn to go lower & give a 3dB increase in output.  If this is indeed the case, are these modifications a patent design, or can i obtain these modifications to build my own looney's??

I am looking to build a new 4 way system for 2005.

We have a all Rane audio Rack X/overs, Eq's + Para Eq's.

2No. Crown 5002VZ's

1No. Ecler PAM2000

2No. Crown CE1000's

2No. Peavey 1000cx's

Any suggestions on low-mid, mid & tops designs anyone!, as we are looking to build our own looney's (if possible.)  If not our own 1850's but have no idea on designs for the rest of the system.  Sytem is to suit R&B/Reggae music mainly for Notting Hill Carnival 2005

(West Row.)
