I built the hf array from midrange waveguides from EV DVX Line array cabs. I cut these in half and sandwiched around my ply Horn carrier. The Horn Carriers house generic 60 x 60 CD Horns which I butchered and shortened as I wanted a narrower 70 x 40 degree pattern. The Comp horns only have to go down to 4k so I shortened them quite a bit and fixed with epoxy into the ply with a ply reinforcement to carry the ND2 comp driver more sturdily. ![]() |

THese are the rather nice drivers I found for the mid top arrays.
I had to re cone one of the B+C mids, which was an education for me. This pic shows how I epoxied it all together after bandsawing the Mid guides in half carefully

I made these phase plugs from aircraft spinner cones mounted on to ply stays to raise the top end of the mids some more up to nearly 5k.
