Is it possible to use JBL 2450 on 2380 horns for 2-way applications with JBL 2226 15”?

Or would the JBL 2450 lack much output in the 10k to 20k region?

I see P. Audio make a plastic copy of the JBL 2380 horn can I imagine it to sound same as original?

Also have some JBL 2447 laying around is there any cheap 1,5” horn to use with it instead of the JBL 2350 original?

Overall is there much of a difference for 2-way use between 2450 or 2447?

The 2447 and titanium diaphgram starts to break up after about 10khz and sounds harsh, replacing with aquaplas diaphragms reduces this breakup and they sound good. my experience over at lansing heritage.

Is the 2447 as bad topend as the 2450?

Eq would not fix this?

The P Audio is a very poor copy of the JBL horns....JUNK. You get what You pay for.

I don´t know about the horns, but P-Audio drivers are some of the best I have ever used. And yet to blow any - which is more than I could say about some "premium" stuff I have/had.   Ouch

I now have som 2450H on 2380 horns. In SR series JBL use the 2447J in 2 way cab with 15” 2226H SR4733A.

Is it useless to replace RCF N850 with those 2450H on 2380 in my dual 2226 15” cabs?
