I am building 2 Mini Scoops mk3 and was wondering if the PD.185C003 would be a good choice instead of PD1850/3 Thinking about getting 18NLW9601 in the future, but for now something cheaper would be nice ;) Thanks Edited by ian77 - 11 February 2025 at 8:57am |

![]() Thats what i was thinking. I will try it out soon. Still got some work to do on the mini scoops and just finishing up 2x C-2D Mullins mod. Also waiting to get some orbit 4's next month. It will take some time, but will update here eventually. |

Looking very much forward to hear of your results!
Could you be so kind to open a new thread in the scoop subforum to move this discussion in the appropriate place? The dedicated subforum helps keep track of all things scoop related. Over time it becomes harder to keep track of and retrieve information, if it is spread out in various places...... |

Orbit 4 are awesome little cabs! are you going for the basic or neo version? It's well worth spending the extra penny for increased performance!
Should be a nice combination with the MS18!
Not sure if the C2D will add much - you'll probably find it challenging to align the three. For smaller events the orbit 4s will probably do just fine without an extra kick bin, depending on genre of course. |
