Recently acquired a pair of Ohm MR228 speakers, which apart from having 3 different makes of compression drivers sound pretty decent. The originals are FormFocus FP25 which seem to be impossible to find. Does anyone either have any (I need 3 with horns), or have recommendations of something that will make good replacements? The currently fitted bodged horns are too small and held in place by 2 self tappers each. Cheers

Ben Olenski (formerly at OHM) is on facebook and has recently posted that he's looking for somewhere to dispose of all the spares, is it worth contacting him?

I'm sure Form Focus was something to do with the speaker designer Ed Form. I believe he did some work with Ohm. Late 80's / early 90's.
Not much help, but could be useful info for your searches.

i remember ordering a diaphragm for a Formfocus HF in the OHM RW3 years ago. It's a Polish company, and they're still in business so it's worth contacting them.

Ohm UK went bust a while ago the factory is now operating as Emminence pro audio making different lines to the old company. I went to the factory shortly before they shut to get new old stock. Ohm Pl which was run separately seems to have lost web presence., I just had a Google, Ohm India seems to have a small  web presence still.

When I was at the factory it still had a lot of spares for legacy cabs, fostex drivers etc. it might be worth contacting Emminence pro audio to see if anything is still about. They were responding to Instagram faster than emails and phone Confused Ben Olenski on FB sounds like the best bet.
