I want to start to design my own scoop cabinets, but first i need to
understand the factors that come into the designs, eg. speaker values,
compression chambers and throats etc.
does anyone know where the best place to start is ? |

they sound great i have used them on 5 gigs so far no problems. i have no other scoop experience and have never owned any others apart from the ones i built. the reason for me looking for shortmans is simply that i have heard they are the best for my v1200's and i would like to compare my own to them. i do run the risk of buying shortmans and them sounding not to far off the ones i have at the mo but all i would have to do then is get my hands on 2 more drivers
![]() p.s how are the dubsubs coming along ? Edited by stephenwconcannon - 28 January 2008 at 12:44am |
