   thought you guys might be interested in what I made today.. I'm pretty happy with it!

9w@8r and 13w@4r stereo class-D amp with internal battery. Only draws 30ma quiescient so at low volume should last about 50 hours. Beats the sonic impact t-amp I recon! Its smaller too! charges from 12V. 

Might put a volume knob on it... maybe.. they're not needed really as every music source has a volume control these days. 

I thought it would be a good thing to carry round for testing out speakers.. maybe attaching a cable with a speakon and going round plugging it into speakers at festivals and playing pinks noise to freak people out.

	yea... comes with not having a permanent job at the moment... I just hang around at home being a massive nerd and "making things" very happy man

	yeah thats nice - you should make one that puts out exactly 1W at 8ohms ...........

	lovely work dave. how much would you be charging for something like this? assuming you were doing all assembly yourself, on a one off basis? one of these mounted in a 8"+ tweeter grp cabinet would be really nice.

	i always think of similar ideas to you but don't have the knowledge to carry them through to execution hehe, im jealous. what sort of considerations do you have to make for the charging circuit?
