Can anyone recommend any software (ideally Linux, or Win7 at a push) that will give me a real time frequency plot? I’m hoping to be able to hitch my laptop up to the sound head pre amp and get some idea of what is going on... or do I need to go out and buy a RTA because the software/soundcard ones aren’t very good? |

I agree with Jonminns - Eaw smaart is the dogs, had some fantastic results with it. You do need a bllody good understanding of the physics of audio to get the best out of it!
