@ saul; I know the bottom of the chamber is differant you penis, i was just copying what chris said as the OP didnt take it on board. Use the angles from the 1850 horn plan, work out the bottom piece of the rear chamber.

Here is what you can do. Get a print out of 1850 and 186 plan. Construct your box based on 1850 drawing, except for the rear chamber bottom panel. Check your 186 plan and do the rear chamber as per 186 design. Rear chamber of 186 is bigger than 1850. Horn construction has a very slight difference but I think you can live with it. |

no jake im talking about the horn - there is small differences in measurements - thus expansion i suspect - dunno how significant it is tho
