nice design. i wonder if you could extend the horn length by creating a tail of extra horn in the biggest area of wasted space? maybe 6" more. in the same way the bassmaxx cabs have the driver slightly down from the start of the horn expansion.

are you talking about an offset driver arrangement? doesn't that lower the upper cutoff frequency due to a certain notch filter effect? |

very bored on a conference so started playing around with this design as experienced te Danley 18TH sub and speaking with the guys at danley they have used 6 a side on large 5000+ audience concerts to great effect - would this work - one question would the air blowing across the back of the driver effect the output.
