to be fair, i would rather not have the illusion shattered, but it makes perfect sense to do this!

Not quite the same but
at eden festival this year in the dance tence the had this massive speaker must of been at least 3m diameter driver... Then i realised i could see little LEDs through it... eventually i realised it was made out of some kind of cloth and the L.E.Ds were the lights of the real soundsystem which i believe was wharfedale actives... Looked Good but i was hoping it was real... :L |

They are 2 peavey cabs, but they belong to the guitarist. Quite common for a loud band to do this.
