Have a look for X-Tro. It's the matching cab for the Punishers.
Chas n Dave : it's like Drum and Bass but with beards.             E=mc² ±3dB

I just happened to draw 2x15" midtop that is the same width (50cm) as punisher. Goal was to see what could be achieved with same price as JBL JRX125. I haven't built it and there is possibility I'll never do but components are so good it should work reasonably for the price (around 350 euros)
Outer dimensions are (H)109 x (W)50 x (D)45

Components I chose:
2x Fane Sovereign 15-400
1x BMS 4544 (if possible 4550 should be used)
1x Eighteensound XT1086

SmileThank you for the idea, fane I do not know what it's worth I've ever tested, as opposed to precision  device loudspeaker  in 15 "? My budjet is + -450 per box.
You have a plan of the box?

You could possibly upgrade to Fane Sovereign Pro 15-600N and BMS 4550 driver.
If you know how to use Sketchup, here are the plans. I'm too busy with other stuff to make 2D plans for this. Xover starting points @ 1,2khz with 4544 and @ 1khz with 4550. Bear in mind this is not the most optimum midtop but for the price it should really work nicely and will be quite simple build.
Fane is really respected, most people seem to prefer it over PD because of its sound, while PD is tad more robust.

There is also bass box in the sketchup that you probably don't need.

The point of this system was to design proper full range PA with reasonable budget and headroom and easy construction. If I find someone who would need something like this, I'll develope this thing ready with passive xover and all.

Just remember it's untested Wink but component choises are quite reasonable and I'm usually quite good at estimating tuning frequencies.
