[UPDATED THREAD]

Hi every1
Got into all this about 3 years ago, never managed to finish a rig b4 i changed my mind and started something different. But here it is.

Higher Fidelity SoundSystem

F-T Bass MkII, now onto MkIII only difference is a lip at the front for future grill
12" 6th BP Sub. PD12SB30 Loaded. Perfectly described in the name!!

Tops. 8" Neo Beyma Ported horn, 1" BMS comp on eighteen sound horn. Sims say down to 100Hz but thts still to confirm

Kicks. 12" BPH. again PD loaded, smooth folded horn with no nasty sharp turns, prototype played well above 200hz with little honking

Missing kicks. Couldnt resist putting it together, just imagine the above pic inbetween the tops and subs

Amp rack. And powering it all, a nice void rack

and i cant leave the monitors out

Just need a big room i can crank it up abit.

........... sits back and waits to be told wat ive done wrong ................... lol
not claiming anything, coz my ears are very biast, but so far every1 is very impressed with the sound!

good effort, loving the look and splay of your tops.

Did you design the 12" kicks completely from scratch?

I need to build some kicks but i could do with them being smaller than 15" purely to save weight and money.

All the mdf is treated b4 painting to toughen it up, something all the pro's should know.

Yes everything is designed from scratch, possibly stole some concepts but has been changed enough

And thanks for the compliments

You wouldn't want to share those 12" kick plans would you? I understand if your not cool with it.

Ive been looking for kick bins for a while now and i have found a good 15" turbosound design, but i would prefer the cabs to be smaller and lighter but on the same concept....like yours Embarrassed

Seems I'm not the only one too..
