The fact of Burst ratings is not a question. Neither of them pulls more energy from the wall socket what produces advertised :-) What is more interesting the ratio of input and output power. |

It's just a spec sheet comparison from what I see.
Unless all the amps were doing dead on to the watt what they say on the spec sheets.
