Hi i have a ce2000 that i want to bridge but can't find out anywhere on the internet
It says that channel one is wired so that channel 1 is pin 1 and 2 and channel 2 is pin 2 and 3. Am i right in thinking that i need to rewire a speak on so that the positive is on the positive of channel one and the negative n the positive of channel 2 to bridge it? Help would be much appreciated thank you =) http://www.iceco.com/Crown/CE2000.pdf

I think you're right!
Use the Channel 1 SpeakOn output with the following:- Pin Connection -------------------------------- 1+ Speaker Positive 1- No connection 2+ Speaker Negative 2- No connection |

Becareful not to drop below 4 ohms in bridge mode,as these Crown CE series have a habit of going bang, and generally aren't worth fixing if they do.
To be safe,i would personally stick to 8ohms minimum load when bridged,no matter what the spec says. |
