Welcome to the forum... but please drop the 'text speak' as we're all grown ups here.

Anyway, the USB is easy to build if you're good with carpentry, if you're not then it will be hard as hell. The plan uses routed panels, but you can do it without if you want. You'll find the plans here.

If you're no good at carpentry or woodwork then a simple reflex cab, like the G-Sub, would be the best bet.

Welcome, someone with spelling worst than mine!!!!

Find the plans on the web, they are freely out there...

goto Rog's guide on speakerplans.com and read how to build cabs...

personally I'd test build one from MDF before I commented to the cost of Birch Ply, a USB is a pretty easy build if you can cut a mitre but Rog's words WRT marking out and planning the build will help you...

Having never built a USB but having built simlar dual 18" boxes, i'd take me 2 days to build 2, then another 3 days to paint them...

BUT, if you have naff all kit you are in a world of pain.

I template and rebate my horns, measure once and route away, I can smash out 6 side panels in the time is takes to measure and mark 2... But to do that you need a decent router and if you are me, a mate with a CNC laser axe to chop out the templates!

If you have naff all chippy skills you are gonna need a rail saw, i use a Festool TS-55EQ with is pretty much as expensive as it gets but various companies offer similar for a lot less.

Buy your board from BnQ and get them to do most of the cutting with their wall saw, take a cut list and and tape measure and check check panel, label them as they get cut, if they are wrong don't panic just get more cut, it's their board they are cutting and if the guy need a few practice sheets to "get his eye in" no panic, I usually dump whatever they screw up on a trolley in the building section while my mate pays for what they got right!!!

A USB isn't a tricky build but plan it carefully...

Something like this :-

and these are a great deal at the min :-

the festool is heavy cash but i think other firms make a similar kit that is cheaper, perhaps visit toolstation or similar to discuss cheaper options.....
