Look at those ali domes  on the 15" drivers  could be old JBLs in there ??

At first sight it looks like it Martin,but look at the brochure,can clearly see a chrome dome in there,early Fane maybe? HF driver was the RCF tw100 if i remember.

I'm sure the chrome dome in the Squire's cab is the same one I had in my FAL W-bins... I just wish I could remember what that driver was.

My first pair of 'proper' speakers were the Disco 80's shown above but with a McKenzie 150W (8Ω) twin cone driver, not changed by me but by the previous owner, I then added a pair of Motorola piezos to each cab to make 'em sound gert lush!

All the Squire's cabinets was built by Leech Manufacturing salford. They used fane in all the cabs unless they was special ones.
Leech allso manufactured speakers for other companys in europe and uk. from 70's through till the 90's. That is one lot of cabs they made.

Anyone remember "Hendy" speakers? I think they were another squire brand.

Was that not Henly disco supplies? They may have come out of Leech they made cabs for every one!

There were Hendy cabs and cabs from Henry's.
