A cool time lapse video showing the build at the Renaissance Rooms, 23rd December for Hospitality vs. Under The Radar.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=drzNnjTCKvU

Not sure if the embedded player works?

Rig was 12x EM Acoustics Quake Subs with 6x EM Acoustics X3-SP on top.

Powered by 2 Powersoft K10s, X3s are self powered. Mixed on a DiGiCo SD9.

We never got the system above half way..... soundcheck set car alarms off on the other side of the building.

Trust me, it was epic. The X3 just urinates over every other large format mid top I've ever heard, even the MSL4.... and they were hardly on. 18 1" drivers in an array remember!

Yeah it is - I'll have to let you know when it's out on a large dance gig again, although we've got a tour coming up in February which will be Quakes and X3, but it's live music, that's all I can say!

Looks good Mike.

Would be cool if you had the time lapse before the songs drop, then cut to the night in full flow as it does Thumbs Up

I did quite enjoy those Sharpys.

I didn't enjoy those SGM strobes after a few hours.

At less than 2a a unit and brighter than an atomic with scroller in red I'm a fan for low power gigs, but they aren't quite replacing atomics for me yet. The answer? Use both atomics and sgm X5-C's!
