HD215 will be the closest you can build.
 
There must be plans for the Turbosound TSE 2x 15 somewhere though. As some cheeky bugger on ebay has made some.
 
 
Looks very very simular to a HD215 though [2 HD15's joined together].

HD15 is an exact copy of a Turbosound TSE115 except for the little bracing bits,so as Static Age said--Just put two of them together and you have a TSE215----just look in the Turbound Legacy section of their website for the TSE115 specs as these throw up the specs of the TSE215 also and you will see what we are on about.

TDA, a member here also has a 15" bandpass horn hybrid design.. it looks more like the turbosound design, with a two peice angled flare. Have a search, or PM him.

HD15 is not an exact copy of the TSE115, the TSE is slightly narrower.
