I threw my little rig in a bar in London last weekend and thought I should share a picture of it, sorry about the quality, lights pretty bad in that basement... I ran this from my c-audio ra3001's and QSCmx2000a through a BSS FDS-334. I know they are massively underpowered right now but I've had to cut my cloth to what I can afford at present...
The tops have been splayed out and given a little bit of a tilt but you can't really see it in the photo... Sounded really nice though. Very happy with how it's coming together now... then on the sunday I helped out at a gig where they had this old court gear powered by c-audio sr404's and 808's, i think i saw a MC2 of some sorts too.. Beautiful sound came out from this..... big old cabs though.... again sorry about the picture quality, 2 hrs sleep and a smoke machine didn't help. |

I installed and programmed new lighting in the craufurd's venue a few months back. The blackbox system in there sounds lovely

I wondered if anyone on here would know where this was. It sounded really good on sunday with some mellow deep house and disco running through it, I'm sure it wasn't running at its full potential though, messured around the 85db mark on the hand held meter and I was informed it can go up a lot more than that. But being a sunday and having residents near by a level of sense and respect had to be used.

Because of residents they can't push it, I don't think I've heard it being pushed, but it easily gets painfully loud

I can imagine it does. Do you know what the cabinets are loaded with? I had a good look round them and a little look through a tear in the front fabric on one of them but couldn't make the drivers out.

Yes,you can see the pair of 2405 slots through the front grill,so should also have a pair of 2425 drivers on 1" to 2" adapters on the horns, and a pair of 2202 (or e120) 12" mids. Bass should have 2 x E140's.
