    Posted: 26 June 2014 at 9:25pm
Hey, i'm looking for a simple design for a jbl 2402h to place on top of speaker.  I'm trying to put it on a JBL HLA 4895.

Also a regular Tweeter JBL 2402H Array Box that shoots out not down.

Any help would be great!

It's just a box, with cutout for flare and support for driver... sketch one to suit your own purpose?

yep, that nice right there!  I'm at a new club and don't want to ask them to let me hang a tweeter from ceiling. Not yet anyway.
So i just need to place them on top on the speakers. I'm doing 4 stacks.

I saw this on Ebay.   http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tweeter-Array-Aluminum-Cluster-Custom-Built/151339534839?_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985&_trkparms=aid%3D444000%26algo%3DSOI.DEFAULT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D22695%26meid%3D7973936720400648185%26pid%3D100012%26prg%3D9176%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D151333265116 - Tweeterbox
I like this look, i wish i had the plans to build this: http://www.broker.com/SPEAKERS/LISTINGVIEW/JBL_2404_TWEETERS/ - tweeter box 2

I just bought this cause i always liked richard long look. Even though most people say richard made it but in his Aes disco paper it said the tweeters where already there when they moved in Paradise Garage and they kept them up there.   http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=151333265116&ssPageName=ADME:B:BOC:US:1123 - Tweeter pipe

Question: Do i need a capacitor when i run by tweeter array? or can i run them straight from steve dash crossover, then to amp?

Take a look at the dispersion figures for your drivers and work back from there.

Yup,i think it was about 30* to each other.

@ Michael,i put a 7.5khz filter in all the bullet boxes, just to safeguard against accidental damage....'opps,plugged them into the wrong amp' etc,we have all done it in the past.
Be seeing you.
