Hi everyone. My name is Thomas, and i`m from Hungary and i`m a sound technician. I need a help! But firstly please for give me for my english!

So, i want to build a 18 inch horn loaded sobwoofers from outside for club, house, hip-hop, r&b, commercial, electro, dance music. And please help me which type, model is good (the best) for this application. Recently i have 8 pieces 18 inch bass reflex subwoofers, with RCF LF18 G 401 transducers, but i want some very hard loud bass! I`m looking some plans (Super Scooper, 1850 Horns, MHB 4818, Cerwin Vega AB 36 C, Martin WSX) but i don`t decided which model choose. Or tell me which another else model recomanded you to me. Thank you very much for help!!!

Best regards from Hungary Big smile

WSX, best overall hornloaded bass cabinet. (in my opinon)

But do you intend to use the 18G401's? I believe the Super Bass Horn has been designed around the RCF.

TurboSound TFS780L

As said before WSX is good but not quite as musical as the Turbo in my opinion.

You say "hard loud bass"
do you want the bass to kick your chest or make your eyes shake?

If it sounds like a gorilla is trying to escape, turn it down.

1850... hmmm. The horn length of the 1850 is 5.5 ft approx. - 50 Hz cutoff. Martin WSX 7 ft - 40 Hz cutoff. Hm... But MTB 246 i dont like it.... It`s very simple.
