free energy

could this be the solution to all our batteryproblems? apparently there are also bigger ones that can power a house, so also a big soundsystem...

only 100 tonnes for 15 kw  . well portable.  if in fact it is true

not sure if you posted this as a joke, but just in case you didn't, this is impossible! End of discussion.

You would have to break one of the FUNDAMENTAL laws of physics to do this, or any similar perpetual motion machine. Firstly, energy is conserved always, which means you can NEVER have any sort of process or chemical reaction that perpetually gives out more energy than it uses. That energy always has to come from somewhere, and eventually that source will run out.

For example a flame burning does indeed, for a while, give out more energy than it consumes and so is able to keep burning and spread while also releasing energy as light and heat. But the store of energy comes from the stored chemical energy in whatever is burning, and once the fuel is used up then it will die.

Now in theory, although you cant put out more energy than is put in, you can put out the same, and so for example you could in theory start a ball rolling or a device spinning and expect it to continue on forever. But as with everything in real life that is not ever gonna happen either as their will always be little 'leaks' of energy that gradually stop it.

The friction of the ball against the ground and air, or in the video above the friction of the spinning part against its bearings and the heat released by this. The release of sound energy. Small losses of voltage in the wires due to resistance. The tiny measure of energy sampled by the meter to get its reading. Slight losses in the batteries due to chemical reactions and heat being released. etc etc.

you can never recycle 100% of energy back into something and sustain it forever, never mind actually create extra energy from nothing.

Basically Tesla found out about zp energy in 1902 and after him, countless of others have found methods to 'harvest' that 'free' energy that is all around us at every moment in time.

The only problem is: economy.
if something like this would be develloped all over the world, money would fall away. That's not what the big company's and corp.s want. So, free energy never really breaks through..

hey, yeah i have no doubt that there will be some huge scientific breakthrough that will find a way to gather new energy. But my point is that it wont be "free" or created from nothing. It will come from somewhere, even if we don't have the technology or understanding at the moment to know exactly what that source is or detect it/measure it/quantify it.
