Hello!!which of the "drawings" in the plan for 1850 are used to know how to cut the angle in the plywood. is it "1850 horn angles(page 2)" or is it " 1850 mitre horn angles(page3)". i think that it is the "mitre" angels that is the angle the plywood should be cut in, have i right ????

And then i use page number 4 for the measurement or??

surely you can work it out by LOOKING at the plans the angles and lengths of the pieces to cut. i dont think anyone can help you really, no one told me how to cut up my first super scoops, just mark out the side panels and using trial and error make it fit...

edit:
dont mean to sound rude but literally get side panels cut, mark out the plans on the panels and then cut each individual piece to fit.

If it is your first build, get a sheet of 18mm MDF, mark out the side on it and cut the rest into 100mm wide (ish) strips, then mitre these to exactly match your drawing on the side, when you have the saw set right cut your ply, that wat you can use trial and error to get everthing spot on (but 100mm panel sare easier to deal with!!!) read Rog's bit on cab building, if you want a 90 degree join, don't just set your saw to 45 deg and hope, check it, most saws need a little help (Festool cuts about 0.2 degree off, but the saw table I use use cuts a little over), so work out where excatly to place the markers, scrapping 30 Euros of MDF to get 400 euros of ply perfect seems a vibe to me...

Id you have access to a 42" plotter you can plot the side panel 1:1 and just transfer the image with a marking knife....

http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w94/maze1991/116738656.jpg is this measurements accurate for the 186 horn? I mean can i give the guy who is going to saw it all out and it will fit?

the sides,bottoms/tops and back i have now problem with drawing up my self. but the inside pieces with all the angles and measurements i cant write my self.

Suppose i got declared like an idiot again but whatever if i dont get any NICE answers now this will be my last having sex post here.
Dont want to hear that CW is crap not worthy even to build with and that im stupid who doesnt understand how too get the angels and lenghts right for the 186 horn.

And as i say before i have a guy who works in a woodworkshop, so the cuts and angles will be perfect.

Okay hope too get some answers now whitout being declared as an idiot......it hurts u know and i take it really personal. But would the 186 horn work good with the CW188EB ?

just give the plans to your friend with the workshop, if he can build things accurately then he should be able to work it out, no need for a cut list. also stop having sex here please.

Like it or not but what Marjan says is all completely true so accept this and get over it.
Basically you have four options.
  1. sell your verwin vega woofer and buy a cheaper/better alternative for a simple BR cabinet.
  2. Sell your CV woofer and buy a more expensive woofer for a BR cabinet or something like a tapped horn (horns just don't work in small numbers, specially indoors)
  3. keep your CV woofer, build a simple BR cabinet around and accept you will never have a great sub, it will work, but the CV woofer is just a bad driver.
  4. Keep up this comedy and amuse me some moreLOL
Best regards,
Teun.
