So, my amps running @ 4 ohms are producing 800,1,200 & 1,600 watts per channel....
My speakers are rated @ 200/8r,400/8r,400/4r & 1,200/4r for the passives. I, usually, wire/re-wire speakers with 1.5 mm tri-rated wire , whether they be bass bins or top/mids. This cable is rated @ 21 amps for 600V AC/1000v DC, despite it's diminutive cross-sectional area. So, is this ok, or should I go for the 2.5mm tri rated version, at least for the bass bins( 1,200w ) please ? |

Decided to go with the 1.5mm tri rated cable, as all my cabs are quite small and the cable required would be no more than 1 metre in length for every single cable run. Cheers |
