Hi there gentle ladies and men, so I’ve been asked to generally kit out a hall type venue, that will be used, on occasion, for dinner evenings, followed by entertainment on a stage area, that is at one end. I’ve got stage area lighting sorted, courtesy of a few moveable T bars with general LED wash type fixtures, and sound, courtesy of a permanently installed “background” system and a foreground system, that can be set up and broken down quickly. Now I have to install some house lights, which the punters should be able to read by, but can be dimmed for the show. This venue is hired to several different groups, on weekdays; yoga, bridge club, etc, so it would be good if these lights were not permanently installed, as the venue already has fluorescent lights permanently installed. Thoughts please folks.
