Hey everyone,

So I have the dxf files for all the punisher panels.
How do I progress in to making a cut sheet in dxf format out of the files?

It’s the idea to cut a 2,44m x 1,22m birch ply 15 mm sheet with CNC.

I also would like rebated joints.
Guess somebody needs to draw it up in autocad?

This is not my first time building a box but first time I want to use and learn the CNC concept.

For a normal job and easy to build bass bin , I use the program maxcut which works great.

Thx for the help in advance Clap

Draw it all up as a 2D DXF or DWG. Put full depth profile cuts of panels on one layer, rebates of a given depth on their own layers, and drill holes of a set size on their own layers. From that point it will be fairly easy to get it into whatever CAM software your CNC house of choice will use. Each shop will have their own preferred CAM solution and workflow so unless you know what that is your best bet is to give them a layered CAD drawing to wor from.

Any chance you could share the cut sheet? Really want to build a few of these.
