Going to spray paint all my grills before carnival.

Need a quick solution can anyone suggest a good paint brand to use. In future they can be stripped and power coated but need them all uniform quick.

Any suggestions on brand of paint?

+1 on simoniz tough black.  Used to suggest baking off in the oven at a low temp and it went really hard, don't think it does any more but it's still good

The most important thing to remember is de-grease well before spraying. I also recommend some gentle heat both before and during spraying. I use a 3kw fan heater blowing onto the grill, but obviously don't spray into the heater  (fire risk). Leave the heater running for a while after the spraying as it will help the paint cure.

I also found an "Industrial" satin black spray at Toolstation which claims to have similar properties. Might be worth a try.

One other thing to bear in mind is that once sprayed, the grills can't be re-powder coated without complete stripping.
If it's got wheels or tits it's gonna cost a fortune
