Lots of Danley apparently and sounded lovely according to my mates who were there.

Anyone on here?

That would be my lot and our Glasgow pals at A-Live. 12 stages including the little ones. Over 20 separate products too including the new studio monitors and a DTS10 proper theatre sub in the Love Dancin hifi tent. Jerichos on the bigger stages including one J3-94 a side on the main stage with a single SH96HO at 60m for delay and six BC subs. 8x 18s and 8x15s on bass with 106dBA slow and plenty of sub even for Mala’s orchestra show at FOH 52m back.

Honestly we’re still blown away at the feedback from all corners. Noise police absolutely loved it, touring engineers had loads of fun, people who came just to see what the fuss is about sought us out to chat in detail about all sorts of things, and we had compliments from random punters at stages and online after. Even Gilles gave us a proper shout at before the incredible final act of The Comet Is Coming.

I saw Ford mention something about Glastonbury too in another thread before we set off. I’m just catching up on life but I’ll try and do a bit more of a post about what was on each stage and why.

I was there, sounded lovely!

More than enough low end for Mala at the front, was absolutely immense, super clean controlled bass

Incubus at the Void, with some Nexus XL. No far field Arcline this year due to budget. That’s it from us. I think DAS or EV line array on most others.

Did the absolute most we could without it being ridiculous. We only have two crew this year, and one of us has to be stage manager as well...

Would have loved to have Danley there but no dice sadly.

@Toasty - and you get a mention in L&SI magazine!!

Saw the Danley boxes, and thought of you, then read on, and neuron get a mention!

Looks like a lot of fun!

Cheers pal. We collaborated with our original big buyer Mackie at A-Live to do this one, our J3s went up on main stage with Martijn from A-Live doing the overall design and setup there. I handled design and tuning on the majority of the other stages. My main buzz personally is the feedback from Chris at SPLtrack, that’s all him and he has no horse in this race except making his and his clients’ lives easier.

It was a big ask to do a full site with so many different bits of kit just a few years into having the big D in the UK but we’re all proud of the result. There’s a feature in TPi too
