brothers in arms - dire straits. You'll soon hear a dodgy cab or rattle when that thunder kicks in. Also one of the highest dynamic range of a recording (the album still holds the record I believe) Wonderful highs and lows, clarity and scale.

Jingo -candido, this was given to me by JBLman years ago and is still an amazing kick drum.

Where's my money - caspa

Anything by rogue element.

It's been a long time since I set up anything but a 1-2k plug and play so not much need for test tracks that will chane this summer though so I will be stealing a few of these for ideas....

Since I posted on the other thread above I've come across an old copy of K Klass- Remix and additional production whilst sorting through some discs and it now seems to have become my go to disc when sound checking a system, their remix of Carleen Anderson- Mama said has everything; Low rolling bass, lots of clear vocals and piano and plenty of crisp hi-hat, the production and mastering quality is superb.

Another old track that I've happened upon is Anticappella- 2/231, the 'piano-a-pella' remix will reveal a lot about the clarity of a system.
