I have reprinted a lot of the horn in the uv filament and made a small spacer for the mids.

I redesigned the base and siliconed it all together.

It sounds much nicer and can go a lot louder without distorting.

I also managed to get people to carry the relatively delicate horn into a squat in Manchester without breaking it haha

Had a lot of compliments around how it sounds

spacer:

Hi immortal.

Great project so far. Are you any further forward with this? I have 3d printer and would love to take on this project.. let me know if you resolved the issue with the mids.. have you measured it outside?

Bigup!

I did some measuring of this and the mid only went down to 500hz rather than 350hz I think I have made the rear chamber for the mid drivers too small, going to redesign them and make them a bit larger to see what happens.

I also think I have got the mid drivers a bit too close to the baffle, I am going to make the front chamber a bit bigger as well.

I measured this in my living room so definitely needs taking with a pinch of salt

For 3D printing i would recommend CNC-Speedform AG in germany.
They have very very cheap and fast delivery 3D prints in SLS.
https://www.cnc-ag.de/nl/

If you want to print cheap in SLA i can recommend VRT Proto in Netherlands

[QUOTE = imortal] Finalmente terminei o protótipo Grande sorriso

Good night, could you help me to develop a SH?

I have finally finished the prototype Big smile

Some of it is taped together because I didn't put all the bolts in and snapped part of it haha.

All run from 12v. I will redo the wiring and put it in something haha

I am going to move the bass ports more towards the edge, this was as close as I could get with them being a circle. I will either go with them being a slot or triangle. I will potentially try making the mid ports larger as well after taking some measurements.

My audio interface broke so is currently with Thomann so can't take any measurements until I get it back unfortunately.

it's supposed to have a dip - helps filter out harmonic distortion. maybe make your bass taps a bit smaller and have them as close the corners as possible. mid taps possibly too small.
