PPX 450 issue

   I recently bought a PPX 450 that was sold as untested, after a quick clean out seems to be in fairly good condition cosmetically, however I'm getting 13v DC on the output of channel A. Channel B seems fine with no DC voltage at speaker. Anyone have an idea on where to start looking? i.e most likely things it could be. Thanks in advance
