Id suggest you design your own.
Download WinISD and have a play. It's not that hard and you'll get help on here with any questions. Allows you to make the compromises you feel are right for your requirements. You can then sketch up a box and build it.

Winisd won't draw you a cabinet, just help you find the parameters (volume, port size and length) for you to design one. You can then either just do it with a pencil and paper (that's all i do) or design in cad if you have that kung fu and want to get it made with cnc.
