The inscription/printing looked fine to me, is a genuine Onsemi, why did you think it looked odd?

Inded,the one you posted is 100% fake 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ my own looked odd as the inscription if you check in the photo is poor and looks like almost falling down if you touch it...so that's why i dind't have to much trust as it looks fake with that poor inscription quality Confused

Well, you still have them in Mouser:

MJ15025G: 2.018 Can Dispatch Immediately
MJ15024G: 1.711 Can Dispatch Immediately, 3.100 Expected 7/21/2022

The problem is, you have to buy much more than you need in order to find decent matched groups.

I'm going out on a limb and saying BLT Industries. I remember undoing the allen cap screws on the heatsinks and they just catch on the mosfets, need to use a ball driver.

The later Kam in a similar enclosure were Matrix.

Yeah,the ,,church'' amp is even more interesting...single supply voltage of 75vcc,the output is thru capacitor and transformer,is working flawless,the sound is so good i love it,deep bass and clean treble,i am impressed Shocked i didn't do nothing to it..just plug and play...and is so old...
