Would anyone have any reservations on running 6x fane sovereign 15-600lf loaded in ported cabinets off a bridged infinite 7v2?

Each cab has 2 drivers, meaning while not impossible, achieving 3 drivers per channel is not easy.

Or should I just rent an ffa/mc2 4 channel amp for this event?

Unless you bought 16Ω versions of the drivers, you'll have to do some non-standard wiring to use 6 on the bridged amp anyway, as if you put 6 8Ω drivers in parallel you're at 1.33Ω nominal, and the amp needs to see a minimum of 4Ω for bridged operation.

To do that, assuming 8Ω drivers, you can wire each cab in series for 16Ω and then parallel all 3 cabs for 5.3Ω bridged.

Or, you might wire each cab with one driver on pins 1+- and the other driver on pins 2+- and simply run the amp in 2 channel mode with all 3 boxes paralleled. The total power available and the load on each amp channel will be the same either way.

If neither of those options seems attractive to you then I'd just rent the extra amp for simplicity.
