So rumour has it, Volcano was heaviest sounding static sound system.

Anyone know how many sub cabs, they used?

Was told 8x 24" FLH, 4X 24" Paraflex.

I was stood by the delay stack with the L’Acoustics line array tops and 4x 24” FLH on the Sunday.

Didn’t manage to get near the front but the delay stack was very potent ⚠️

Aba Shanti-I was the heaviest all round with his Kutty boxes

RC1 trucks were very kick heavy as well!

I guess the problem with "us" using "heaviest" phrase, does not specify, if there were huge amounts of 50-60hz, or the more difficult, huge amounts of 40hz.

The space aba plays in is very different and usually has 3 stacks positioned well enough to contain a decent level of sound everywhere. Volcanos crowd was in a large rectangular shape so you're only ever around a certain amount of the bass if you get what i mean. Heard great things about both their sites. I was only at NHC sunday and couldnt find either of their sitesOuch

I'm sure after no NHC for 2x years, the thousands of people, that were listening to that system, dancing and drinking, were thinking about that.
