Don't bookmark that link - the whole site has been moved to another server, and the bigpond hosting will be dissappearing soon. The link to the current site is http://www.centauriaudio.com.au/diy/plugs.html
Cheers Graeme - must get around to updating that info with some later developments sometime.............. Edited by Centauri - 31 August 2007 at 4:19pm |

Does anyone have any plans available for a 12" cab, with phase plug, that I could have a go at building.
Would like to use a pair for mobile disco work, but would also like the challenge of the build.

See figure 5 and 6A to visualize the use. These were used on the four 10" manifold mid boxes, and are relatively straightforward to make. Edited by _djk_ - 01 September 2007 at 1:13pm |

Do you find the pointed end plugs sonicly more "ear friendly" then the rounded ends ones?

why not shiow us the rear of them, and how they work/couple with the driver?.. for that is where a phase plug works, the shape after this does nothing. so unless you are trying to do a boke, what are these for>?
