can anyone tell me the glue to use to re-cone some drivers

It really depends on the driver.  Some drivers need more assembly than others and require different types of glue for different stages.

Use different types of adeshives on dofferent parts on the re-cone procedure. If your not sure speak to one of the manufactures, Fane,B&C, etc for advice.

Well i had one type of glue for bonding off beyma which looked like evostik plus some pva for the surround

What kit was it though? If the coil is already attached to the cone then you don't need that glue. Your answers are here
 
I use an ACTIVATED super glue for the dust caps.

i done recone on more then 200 recones  from DAS, PD(turbosound),JBL,RCF and more  and the glue is always this

Myself and many other people use an impact adhesive by Evostick or Bison for gluing the spider and surround to the chassis.  Just make sure you get it in place first time!!!

For spiders / surrounds / dust caps I use Bostik MultiBond , but I can't see that on the Bostik UK website - may be similar to their Evostik Serious Glue but not sure.  I wouldn't use a contact adhesive for this.
