Vivo, very nice looking speakers. How have you fixed the foam to the fronts...I cant work out how to do it.  I dont want to just glue the foam to my grills, hoping there is another way.

Use industrial strength velcro with one side that is sticky and attach one to the foam and the other to a metal grille around the HD215.

no you dont!

theres something on the market that looks like a metal version of velcro. its about 18mm wide mild steel and has little spikes on it bit like a wire brush.

you attach that to the outside edge and across the centre if a large cab to the front of your grill ( weld or pop rivet)

then push the foam  straight on to that,

the spikes just grip to the foam,  bobs your uncle 

no velcro needed toxic

Just like the spring look of this pic  to bad the other lab and the hd´s wasnt built when i took this pic, would of bin a great pic with the whole truck filled up.

(notice the cable going into the truck. did a test run like that )
