Very nice build !
 
I'm going to build the same Sub but I don't understand why in yours there is a space from the sides panel to the reflex mouths that in the B&C project I don't see. I like it because you can fix a normal grill without any problem but I don't know the misure of that distance...

yes i extended it at the front so that i can add a grill and foam. It doesnt matter how much you extend it by, it depends on the grill you use etc.

do you mean the port. if so then as long as you keep to the original design and then just add on how much you want onto the design then it wont afect the port.

good to see those 186's getting used, they'd still be sat around gathering dust in my lock up waiting for a re-cone.

hi guys,
 
i finally got round to ordering the parts to finish the cab of,
Ive rounded over the edges and made recesses for the casters.
will start work on painting on saturday.
 
i will post soem more pics up once i put the first few coats on.
